Albis Architects LLC has provided consulting services to architectural firms for over 25 years. We understand the goals and requirements of good architecture and therefore we remain consistent to and supportive of the design sensibilities of our clients. Offered on a per-project basis, these services include assistance with schematic design, design development and, frequently, complete responsibility for the preparation of construction documents. We guarantee a profit to our clients for the portion of a project we are responsible for producing. We have provided consulting services on projects ranging from residential additions to multi-million dollar academic and commercial commissions. We have extensive experience with numerous construction systems, including masonry cavity wall, steel, and wood frame. We recognize the importance of project delivery schedules and we have a strong reputation for adhering to time commitments. We are fully insured, licensed and NCARB certified. A reliable indication of the value of our consulting services is that many of our clients have hired Albis Architects LLC for multiple projects.
