This summer home is a complete renovation of an existing one story, 750 square foot ranch.  The renovation opened the living spaces to a view of Long Island Sound and included the construction of a new second floor and a ten foot extension to the first floor.  Working with a modest budget, the project more than doubled the Owner’s living space and transformed the character of the house to a level worthy of its unique waterfront context.
