Winner of a 2003 HOBI Award from the Home Builders Association of Connecticut

This project consisted of a 1,200 square foot, three story addition to a turn of the century Sears and Roebuck kit house. The addition houses a new family room, kitchen, two-car garage and master suite. The family room is set one half level down from the first floor to lessen the impact of the steeply sloped site.
